At BLAST PIT, we understand that circumstances may arise which require you to cancel your scheduled class or appointment. To ensure a fair and consistent cancellation process, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Window
You may cancel a scheduled class or appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without incurring any charges.

Late Cancellation Fee
If you cancel a class or appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you will be charged the full amount for that class or appointment. Any fee you have already paid for that class or appointment will not be refunded.

Exceptions
At BLAST PIT we understand that sometimes emergencies and other unexpected situations arise, and we reserve the right to make an exception to our cancellation policy. In the cases of an emergency or similar extenuating circumstances, please contact BLAST PIT as soon as possible to discuss the cancellation and potential exceptions to BLAST PIT’s cancellation policy.

No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a scheduled class or appointment without prior cancellation notification, you will be considered a “no-show,” and you will be charged the full amount for that session. Any fee you have already paid for that class or appointment will not be refunded.

Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
