Meet Inna, one of our inspiring trainers at BLAST PIT Fitness & Empowerment. A qualified Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, Inna combines her love of strength training with a holistic approach to health and wellness. She is also a certified Peri-Menopause & Menopause Coach and a HYROX Affiliate Performance Coach, giving her the tools to support clients at every stage of life and fitness.
As a mum of three, Inna understands the reality of balancing family, work, and self-care. Her philosophy is simple: health and fitness shouldn’t be about strict diets or chasing the scales, it’s about building sustainable habits that make you feel strong, nourished, and confident in everyday life.
With years of training experience and a personal journey of redefining what health means, Inna helps clients cut through the noise of “rules” and perfection. Whether it’s in the gym through tailored strength training or outside it with practical nutrition guidance, she empowers people to create a lifestyle that truly works for them.
