Personal Trainer

Jess is a highly experienced Personal Trainer at BLAST PIT Fitness & Empowerment, with over 15 years in the fitness industry and a genuine passion for helping people feel strong, capable and confident in their bodies.

She holds her Certificate III & IV in Fitness and CrossFit Level 1, and specialises in strength and weightlifting, seniors resistance training, and supporting women through hormonal health and life transitions.

Jess is a proud mum of two and lives a very low-tox, barefoot, natural lifestyle. She takes a holistic approach to health and wellbeing and is deeply passionate about nutrition – currently studying to become a qualified nutritionist to further support her clients inside and outside the gym.

By day, Jess is a dedicated and motivating PT. By night and on weekends, she’s also a singer, songwriter and musician – bringing creativity, energy and heart into everything she does.

Known for her bright enthusiasm, warmth and ability to truly inspire, Jess creates a supportive and empowering environment for clients of all ages and stages – especially women and families who want sustainable, real-life health results.
