Fitness Trainer
Meet Tina, one of the newest trainers at BLAST PIT Fitness & Empowerment, bringing a fresh, mindful energy to every session. Originally from Hong Kong, Tina moved to Australia and made Little Bay home.
Before joining the fitness industry full-time, she spent a decade travelling the world as a flight attendant with Cathay Pacific. That global experience shaped her love for connection, movement, and well-being values, which now drive her approach to fitness and teaching.
Certified as a Personal Trainer and STOTT PILATES Mat and Reformer Instructor, Tina combines strength training, Pilates, yoga, and breathwork to create balanced, body-aware workouts. Her classes focus on alignment, mindful movement, and progressive loading, helping you build strength, improve posture, and enhance your connection between mind and body.
Outside the gym, Tina channels her creativity into baking high-protein, healthy snacks, and she loves sharing her recipes to help clients fuel their fitness journey the right way.
