Stephanie is a Physiotherapist with a Masters from the University of Queensland and over 10 years of experience.

She has an interest in pregnancy and postpartum care, helping women build strength, prevent injury, and return to exercise safely.

Her evidence-based approach, combined with her own experience as a mother, creates trusted, supportive care for every stage of motherhood.

A supportive, small-group program designed to guide you through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum, helping you move safely, rebuild strength, and feel confident in your body again.

Whether you’re preparing for labour, reconnecting with your core after birth, or returning to strength training, each class focuses on breath, pelvic floor, posture, and functional strength that carries into real life.

With expert guidance, baby-friendly sessions, and a clear progression across each stage, this 6-week program meets you where you’re at and moves with you as your body evolves.

Is it safe to exercise during pregnancy?
Yes, when guided correctly, exercise during pregnancy is not only safe but highly beneficial.
All sessions are led by a qualified physiotherapist and tailored to your stage of pregnancy, experience, and any individual considerations.
Do I need medical clearance before starting?
For pregnancy, medical clearance may be required depending on your individual circumstances.
For postpartum clients, you will need clearance from your GP or specialist before returning to exercise.
Can I bring my baby?
Yes. Babies are welcome in our postpartum sessions.
A playpen will be available, and we create a supportive, flexible environment for mums.
Can I claim private health insurance?
Yes. Private health rebates may be available for both consultations and classes.
An initial physiotherapy assessment is required to be eligible.
What happens if I miss a class?
We understand that pregnancy and early motherhood can be unpredictable.
We’ll support you with make up classes so you can stay on track and continue progressing.
I’m already training. Is this still for me?
Yes. Even if you’re experienced, pregnancy and postpartum require a different approach.
This program ensures you are training safely, protecting your pelvic floor and core.
When should I start?
You can join during pregnancy or from 6 weeks postpartum (with clearance).
We recommend booking an initial assessment so we can guide you.
